Membership costs for fencing clubs in the UK on average are around £90-£120 per term (a term is usually 11-13 weeks) if you choose to train once a week. For two sessions per week the cost increase to £150-£180 per term, but many clubs will offer discounts for group sessions, taking out a membership plan or student reductions. Private individual lessons can be anywhere from £40-£75 per lesson (usually two hours long).
In America, once you find your local fencing club (which must be affiliated with USA Fencing) there is an annual fee of $10 for non-competitive training and $85 for competitive membership. This is on top of club membership which is generally between $70-$150 per month.
